How to Download the Free-Backgammon.com Software

1. Click on the Download button on this page.
2. Your browser will ask you asking whether you’d like to open the file or save it to your computer. Select Save.
3. You will be asked to choose a location, on your computer, to save the downloaded file. We suggest that you accept/choose your Windows Desktop to save the file, but you may choose another location. When you have chosen the location to save the file, please select Save.

Note: If you save the program in a folder other than your Windows Desktop, please remember the exact location.

The file will start downloading to your computer, and you will see a status bar. Once the download is complete, you may see the following message: Download Complete. When you do, you’ll need to open the downloaded file. The file is an automatic installer, and will guide you through the installation process quickly and easily.

After installing the Free-Backgammon software, double-click on the icon on your desktop. Click on New User. You will be prompted to open a new account. Then you'll be asked to fill in a few personal details. As soon as you have registered, you can start to play.
